From the age of 25 onwards, our collagen levels drop by one per cent every year and, in women, by a further 30 per cent in five years after the age of 50, resulting in skin that can look dull, dry, thinner and sometimes flaky too.

Profhilo is a one-of-a-kind treatment for laxity, crepiness and sagging in ageing skin. It’s an injectable hyaluronic acid-based bio-remodulator that can be given to rejuvenate the skin in a number of areas, including the face, neck, décolletage, hands, arms, elbows, shoulders and knees.

Its concentration of pure hyaluronic acid is one of the highest available and, by injecting this runny substance quite superficially into the deeper levels of the skin, it spreads to form an even layer of beneficial support just below the surface.

If you’re coming in for a first-time treatment, you will need a booster dose, which means two treatments one month apart to achieve the desired result. Maintenance treatments once or twice per year are recommended.

Is Profhilo better than fillers and Botox?
The effects are different. Profhilo improves skin quality. Fillers add volume to help contour and sculpt the face. Toxin treatments reduce muscle movement to soften and prevent wrinkles.
