“I booked a consultation for a general discussion about which treatments might help me to appear less tired after a challenging few years at work. I thought initially tear trough filler might be the answer but Dr Joshua explained that a cheek/mid face filler would help rebuild my lost volume and soften the tear trough/cheek junction. “I came in hoping to reduce the hooding on my lids, and after Dr Joshua explained that this wouldn't be possible in my case I decided to go ahead with whatever other improvements could be achieved, which would involve filler on and under the brow bone, and on the orbital rim. My eyes have resumed their old almond shape and canthal tilt, the bony orbital rim is softened and I've lost that slightly tired and defeated look that had crept up with age, and appear much more alert. “From my extensive research I noted that Dr Joshua prides himself on his customer experience as well evidence that he is an exceptionally knowledgable and talented aesthetics doctor. I can confirm that these are both correct. I have a cleft lip and I am constantly keeping up with new innovations to improve the appearance of my face. I came across Dr Joshua's Instagram account and after a lot of internet investigation, I booked an appointment to see him in Harley Street. I was greeted with a warm smile and an invitation to sit on the sofa to discuss why I was there and what I was hoping for. Within seconds, I was put at ease and felt I could discuss my concerns, which included my narrow, uneven lip shape, flat philtrum and asymmetric nose. Dr. Joshua was very open and honest about what he could and couldn't achieve and talked me through exactly how the end result would look. The procedure itself was slightly painful as expected when the needle passed through scar tissue, but overall it was tolerable, and Dr. Joshua spoke to me throughout. My nose appears straighter and my lip and philtrum are far more plumped and look 'normal', a far better result than I could have ever expected or imagined. “I came to Dr Joshua back in November as a treat to myself for my 30th birthday - I had the appearance of tear troughs due to puffy under eyes, something I had nearly all my life but of course becomes more noticeable with age. “I went to Dr Joshua after a lot of research. I’ve had many fillers before so thought I knew my stuff! I went for my lips and cheeks to be dissolved and was very very happy with the result.. I went back two weeks later to have my lips redone, all I can say is Dr Joshua and Sharon must have the patience of saints! My lips swelled up a lot! And tbh I was panicked!
