How to use NAD+ at-home kits
NAD+ should be injected into the subcutaneous fat, superficially under the skin, not into the muscle or blood vessels. It can be injected into the belly, upper thigh, inner thigh, buttocks or anywhere with sufficient subcutaneous fat.
Between them, the two cartridges contain 20 doses of 0.30ml (50mg), making a total of 1000mg in 6ml.
When starting a course, we recommend you start with a daily dose for the first three days, then switch to injecting every other day.
To minimise any discomfort, it’s best to allow the pen to warm closer to room temperature by removing it from the fridge approximately 15-30 minutes before use. Injecting NAD+ right out of the refrigerator can feel stingy.
So, first, disinfect the area you’re about to inject with the alcohol swabs. Then, pinch a skin fold between your fingers, position the pen and inject the NAD+.
