How to use NAD+ at-home kits

NAD+ should be injected into the subcutaneous fat, superficially under the skin, not into the muscle or blood vessels. It can be injected into the belly, upper thigh, inner thigh, buttocks or anywhere with sufficient subcutaneous fat.

Between them, the two cartridges contain 20 doses of 0.30ml (50mg), making a total of 1000mg in 6ml.

When starting a course, we recommend you start with a daily dose for the first five days, then switch to injecting every other day. It is possible to inject daily when you feel like you need or want to benefit from the extra boost.

The doses are sufficiently low that we don’t need to worry about excess NAD+ accumulating.

To minimise any discomfort, it’s best to allow the pen to warm closer to room temperature by removing it from the fridge approximately 15-30 minutes before use. Injecting NAD+ right out of the refrigerator can feel stingy.

So, first, disinfect the area you’re about to inject with the alcohol swabs. Then, pinch a skin fold between your fingers, position the pen and inject the NAD+. NAD+ should be injected superficially into the subcutaneous fat, not into muscle or blood vessels. Suitable injection sites include the abdomen, upper thighs, inner thighs, buttocks, or any other area with sufficient subcutaneous fat.

Each kit contains 1000 mg NAD+ in two 3ml cartridges. The recommended dosage is 0.3 ml per day (50 mg NAD+). The kit contains 20 doses of 50 mg, so with one injection every other day, it lasts 40 days.

At the start of a course, we recommend injecting daily for the first three days, after which you can switch to every other day. You may also continue daily injections if you feel you need an extra energy boost.

Guideline for subcutaneous NAD+ injections:

  • Initial phase: 1 injection per day for the first 3 days, to build up NAD+ levels in the body.

  • Maintenance phase: After the initial period, frequency can be reduced to 1 injection every two days.
    The doses are low enough to avoid any buildup of excess NAD+ in the body.

To minimize discomfort, remove the pen from the fridge 30 minutes before injection to bring the liquid to room temperature. Injecting directly from the fridge may cause a stinging sensation.

Step-by-step:

  1. Disinfect the injection site with an alcohol wipe.

  2. Pinch a fold of skin between your fingers.

  3. Inject the NAD+ by pressing the pen against the skin and slowly delivering the fluid, holding the pen down for 5 seconds.

  4. Remove the needle and immediately dispose of it in the provided sharps container.
